LEASING CENTER

제가 사는 아파트의 임대사무소(Leasing Center) 안에 Fitness Center가 있습니다. 복도를 따라 들어가면, Fitness Center 입구에 이용 방법을 볼 수 있습니다.

FITNESS CENTER RULES

• The Fitness Center is for the exclusive use of S. P. residents only. Guests must be accompanied by a resident. One guest per resident, please.
• Residents under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Food or beverages are not allowed. Please keep this facility neat and clean.
• This is a smoke-free facility.
• Soft-soled shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
• Wipe equipment after use.
• Radios and other sound equipment must be used with earphones.
• Your use of the equipment in this center is at your own risk. Owner and management make no representations, expressed or implied as to suitability of any particular piece of equipment or exervise for any individual. All individuals utilizing any of the equipment in this room release and hold owner and management harmless from any injury or damage incurred or suffered by such individuals.
• Please report damaged or improperly functioning equipment immediately.
• Management reserves the right to deny use of this facility to anyone.

17세 미만 아이는 어른과 함께 이용하라는 이 내용은 위의 rules 중 두번째를 다시 강조한 것입니다. 아마도 잘 지켜지지 않고 있나 봅니다.
