유료 주차장

PAY HERE IN ADVANCE.

San Diego 시내에 있는 유료 주차장(toll parking lot)에 들렀습니다. 주차료(parking fee)는 선불인가 봅니다.

이 주차장에 있는 주자공간(parking space) 중 제일 편한 자리는 장애인 주차용이었습니다.

(DISABLED) PARKING ONLY.
MINIMUM FINE $250.

DISABLED PARKING IS NOT FREE.
PLEASE PAY MACHINE.
DISPALY RECEIPT FACE UP ON DASH.

하지만 장애인 주차 역시 유료입니다. 첫번째 사진의 기계 장치를 통해 주차료를 선불로 내고, 영수증(receipt)은 앞면이 잘 보이도록 해서 자동차 계기판(dashboard or dash) 위에 두라고 하네요.

이 주차장은 사유지(private property)라서, 여기에 주차하는 사람들이 알아야 할 내용을 자세하게 안내하고 있네요.

NOTICE OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

PRIVATE PROPERTY.
- Parking by agreement only. Your parking on this private property shall constitute your agreement to the following terms and conditions: You agree that 
1) you will park according to the posted regulations and/or time restrictions and
2) if you do not adhere to the posted regulations, your vehicle may be towed and
3) if you do not pay the posted fee in advance before walking away from the property or exceed the paid time limit for parking your vehicle, you be charged a $40.00 parking fee.

TOW AWAY.
- Additionally, pursuant to California Vehicle Code section 22658a, YOUR FAILURE COMPLY WITH AGREEMENT MAY RESULT IN TOWING YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS PROPERTY AT YOUR EXPENSE.

THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY - READ IT.
- The owners and operators of this parking facility hereby specifically disclaim any responsibility, express or implied, to protect against the loss of or damage to your vehicle or its contents. Parking in this facility shall constitute an acknowledgement and acceptance of this condition on your right to use our parking facility. This is a license to park only, no bailment is created.
